The numbers are from a study commissioned from Oxford Economic by the World Travel &amp; Tourism Council (WTTC) and were made public on the Brazilian Ministry of Tourism website.<\/p>\n<p>According to the study, tourism accounted for 7.9% of Brazil\u2019s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2017, the 117<sup>th<\/sup> biggest share in the world.
