The declaration was made after the meeting minister Amorim had with French foreign relations minister, Dominique de Villepin, who is visiting Brazilian capital Bras\u00edlia.<\/P><br \/> <P>Minister Villepin stated his support for Brazil to become a permanent member of the United Nations (UN) Security Council.
