This information was provided today by the president of Rosaviakosmos, Yury Koptev, during a press conference in Moscow, informed Russian RBC news agency.<\/P><br \/> <P>According to Koptev, a delegation of representatives from the agency and from the Russian government arrived in Brazil yesterday to negotiate the agreement.<\/P><br \/> <P>Recently, Russian prime minister Boris Alyoshin declared that both countries could sign an aerospace agreement this year.
