Iranian and Turkish authorities are expected to attend. <\/p>\n<p>Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters that the summit will be held in Sochi, on Russia&rsquo;s Black Sea coast. &ldquo;We&rsquo;re talking about countries that are the guarantors of Syria&rsquo;s peace process.
