In November 2016, the IPCA-15 had registered 0.26%.<\/p>\n<p>The IPCA-15 data was released this Thursday (23) by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). Year-to-date, the IPCA-15 went up 2.58%, lower than the 6.38% of the same period of 2016 and the lower for a year-to-date ending in November since the 1.52% registered in 1998.
