According to the Monthly Services Survey issued this Friday (15) by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), this was the fourth straight month-on-month drop in activity. Activity slid 0.3% year-on-year in October, 3.4% year-to-date and 3.7% in the 12 months through October. <\/p>\n<p>Five out of six service subsectors saw activity decline, especially household services, which were down 2.3%.
