According to the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), this is the best score for the index since it hit 58.4 in November 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The ICEI has been going up since it scored 50.6 last July. The December hike came as a result of improved business conditions and a more positive outlook, CNI said. <\/p>\n<p>The index ranges from 0 to 100, with scores higher than 50 indicating that industrialists are optimistic.
