This was the lowest number since 1.65% in 1998.<\/p>\n<p>The information was released this Wednesday (10) by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). In December, the IPCA was 0.44%, up 0.16 percentage point from 0.28% in November, in the highest month-on-month spike of 2017.
