The index had stood at 0.39% in January and 0.54% in February 2017. The number was made public this Friday (23) by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE).<\/p>\n<p>This was the second lowest IPCA-15 number for a February since government plan Plano Real was rolled out, in 1994. The lowest rate on record was 0.34%, in February2000.
