This is the lowest level of the IPCS for a February since 2000 (when it was registered at 0.13%).<\/p>\n<p>The data was released this Friday (9) by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). According to IBGE, year-to-date, the IPCA is at 0.61%, the lowest level since the implementation of Plano Real in 1994.
