From the Newsroom<\/STRONG><\/P> S\u00e3o Paulo – The 1st International Business Roundtable at the S\u00e3o Paulo International Dental Meeting (Ciosp), which ended on Thursday (27), should have a turnover in business deals of US$ 3 million up to the end of the year for the Brazilian companies in the sector. Promoted by the Association of the Manufacturers of Medical and Dental Products (Abimo), the roundtable had buyers participating from 22 countries, amongst them Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Syria.<\/P> During the three days of the event, which began on the 25th of January, 325 meetings between importers and Brazilian exporters from more than 50 companies in the dentistry sector took place, according to information from the Abimo. As well as Arab countries, there were medium and large companies from South Africa, Australia, Greece, India, Israel and Mexico participating in the roundtables, amongst other countries.<\/P> The most negotiated products were resins, amalgams and dental instruments, but equipments to build complete dentistry practices were also sold.
