Imports amounted to AED 8.6 billion (USD 2.341 billion), down 30.6%. Re-exports reached AED 1.733 billion (USD 472 million).<\/p>\n<p>Industrial goods made up the bulk of foreign sales and over 40% of foreign purchases. Re-exports consisted primarily of transportation material.<\/p>\n<p>Saudi Arabia was the biggest destination for Abu Dhabi exports, with most of re-exports going to China.
