According to the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy, the auction is expected to take place on September 28, but still pends approval from the president of Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>The blocks will be tendered under production-sharing agreements, whereby the Brazilian government will be entitled to a share of output.<\/p>\n<p>Four blocks in the Santos and Campos basins will be auctioned.
