It climbed 0.9% to BRL 3.661, the highest price since April 7, 2016. Ibovespa, the main index of the S\u00e3o Paulo Stock Exchange, closed down 0.12% to 85,130 points.<\/p>\n<p>The dollar went up despite the fact that the Brazilian Central Bank took action on the foreign exchange market.
