The rate stands well below the preliminary rate of June (1.11%), but above the IPCA-15 of July of 2017, when it showed a deflation of 0.18%.<\/p>\n<p>With July\u2019s preliminary data, the official inflation rate stands at 3% year-to-date, and at 4.53% year-over-year.
