The organization, an arm of the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy, issued a public consultation notice, the minutes of the request for proposals and of the mining right transfer contracts.<\/p>\n<p>Bidding investors will be offered mineral rights for charcoal in four plots in Candiota, Rio Grande do Sul, and mineral rights for metals including copper, lead and zinc in Palmeir\u00f3polis, Tocantins.<\/p>\n<p>Eligible bidders include companies or consortia of mining or mineral research companies, Brazilian or otherwise.
