The auction will see an offer of 14.4 million barrels from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.presalpetroleo.gov.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pr\u00e9-Sal Petr\u00f3leo<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p>the state-run company in charge of selling the Brazilian government\u2019s share of oil and gas production-sharing contracts.<\/p>\n<p>The purchase and sale contracts will be effective for 36 months. Standalone lots will be offered in the Mero, Lula and Sapinho\u00e1 fields. Bidders offering the highest premiums on the Petroleum Reference Price (PRP) from the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels <a href=\"http:\/\/www.anp.gov.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(ANP)<\/a>\u00a0will win.
