Throughout the 8 working days in February, the positive surplus accumulates US$ 1.026 billion.<\/P><br \/> <P>In the year, the trade balance surplus (exports minus imports) adds up to US$ 3.870 billion &#8211; US$ 634 million more than in the same period last year, and percentage increase of 19.59%.
