The foreign currency deficit stood at USD 6.138 billion, the biggest outflow of the year. From January to September, there\u2019s a surplus of USD 18.04 billion.<\/p>\n<p>In September, the financial flow (investments in bonds, remittances and dividends send abroad and foreign direct investments, among other operations) was the one causing the deficit. It reached USD 6.734 billion. Year-to-date, the financial flow has a USD 19.003 billion deficit.<\/p>\n<p>The commercial flow posted a surplus of USD 596 million in September.
