It was with Brazilian beans, last Friday (11\/9), that she became world champion in the category. It\u2019s the first time that the World Brewers Cup is held in Brazil. The farm was the first in the world to receive the seal Rainforest Alliance \u2013 Level A Certification, the highest sustainability standard certification from Rainforest Alliance. A producer of specialty coffee, Daterra offered to the winning barista one of its batches, called Frevo, which was specially roasted to the competition. Now, the rest of the lot, of the type Laurina, will be offered in an online auction.<\/p>\n<p>Besides the winning coffee Frevo, other 14 coffees that take the names of Brazilian music rhythms will be sold, still green, to buyers from across the world.
