The amount matches that of 2018, including manufacturing, logistics, mobile systems. Etc. \u201cWe very much believe in our role of promoting a Brazil that works, a Brazil that\u2019s successful,\u201d said Grynbaum. The Botic\u00e1rio Group comprises brands O Botic\u00e1rio, Eudora, Quem disse, Berenice?, The Beauty Box, Multi B and Vult.<\/p>\n<p>The chairman also discussed the results expected by the end of 2018. \u201cThe pickup in Q4 gave way. We were expecting 8% growth, but the year should end at around 7%, which is a great number considering the scenario,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Gryunbaum claimed to be optimistic and made comments on the current scenario. \u201cReforms need to be implemented, especially the social security reform. The tax reform is also important, as is ensuring that the labor reform is kept and expanded, thereby creating the conditions for the market to start hiring again. Because creating job opportunities for people is, for me, the way to fix [the economy],\u201d he argued.<\/p>\n<p><strong>International presence <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Botic\u00e1rio Group spans 15 countries, with eight Quem Disse, Berenice? Stores and 55 O Botic\u00e1rio stores. Talks are underway. That would be our next step [in that region],\u201d he revealed. \u201cBut I would like to take some more time with the Dubai stores, to get some more experience before planning out the next steps,\u201d he said. For the time being, the group does not intend to open outlets for its other brands in the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p>The best-selling items from the Dubai shop are perfumes, especially Floratta and the Nativa Spa line, particularly a\u00e7a\u00ed-based products. The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boticario.com.br\/malbec-signature-eau-de-parfum\/p\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Malbec Signature<\/a> perfume had its world premiere in September at the UAE outlet. The perfume has notes of Oud, a resinous wood of Asian origin whose oil is widespread in Arab perfumes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe behavior of [Arab] buyers is interesting, because whenever you go to a different country, everyone will ask you where you are from. And it isn\u2019t usual in Brazil to export value-added products. It\u2019s more about soy and poultry. So if you\u2019re bringing added value, you need to provide better explanations. And then you have the effort of entering a country with your brand, and the third step is to deliver what you promised with your product. That much is easy for us.
