The US currency dropped to a value of BRL 3,81, down by 1.69%.<\/p>\n<p>Ibovespa, the benchmark index of the Bolsa de Valores de S\u00e3o Paulo (Bovespa), started with 3.56% rise, reaching 91.012 points at the end of this Wednesday, setting a record. The previous record, 89.820 points, was registered at 3 December 2018.<\/p>\n<p>At today\u2019s session, the stocks with the best performances were Eletrobras\u2019 (up by 20.72%), Eletrobras PNB\u2019s (up by 14.52%) and Sabesp\u2019s (up by 9.11%). The new minister of Mines and Energy Bento Albuquerque said he will continue the privatization process of Eletrobras. The stocks of the arms manufacture Taurus rose 47.65% (preferred) and 50.52% (ordinary).
