(PAI) signed with the North-American company Chevron U.S.A. Inc (Chevron) a sales contract concerning the diversion of all shares it had in the companies composing Pasadena Refining System in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>The refinery sale is part of Petrobras divestment plan and needs to be submitted to the regulatory bodies evaluation.
