That\u2019s what says the Index of Economic Activity of the Central Bank (IBC-Br, acronym in Portuguese), published this Friday (15). In the last quarter of the year compared to previous period, the growth stood at 0.20%, according to non-seasonally adjusted data. The fourth quarter compared to the same period in 2017 presented a 1.53% climb.<\/p>\n<p>In December over November of 2018, there was 0.21% growth. In the comparison with the last month of the previous year and December 2018, the growth reached 0.18%.<\/p>\n<p>IBC-Br was created by the Central Bank of Brazil to try to forecast the approximate economic activity.
