The <a href=\"https:\/\/journalofwonder.embraer.com\/global\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Brazilian aerospace conglomerate<\/a> presented the executive jet Legacy 500 and the commercial aircraft E190-E2, from the new generation of its regional jets portfolio.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_210791\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-210791\" style=\"width: 225px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-03-12-at-15.49.06.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-210791\" src=\"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-03-12-at-15.49.06-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-03-12-at-15.49.06-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/anba.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-03-12-at-15.49.06.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-210791\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Prince Sultan (left, front) entered the E190-E2<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The company\u2019s space received a visit from prince Sultan Bin Salman Al Saudi, president of Saudi Space Agency and Saudi Aviation Club, which organized the show.<\/p>\n<p>Sultan is the second son of the king Salman Bin Abdulaziz. He was a pilot of the Royal Saudi Air Force and an astronaut, having participated in the Discovery space shuttle mission on 1985.<\/p>\n<p>Brazilian ambassador in Riyadh, Marcelo de Della Nina <em>(center, cover photo)<\/em>, also visited Embraer at the show and talked with executives of the company.<\/p>\n<p>At the commercial aviation field, Embraer have already sold 18 regional jets to Saudi Arabia, 15 to Saudi Arabian Airlines and three to Nas Air.<\/p>\n<p>The event in Riyadh featured 265 exhibitors from different countries and approximately 1,500 aviation professionals. More than 80 aircrafts of different sizes were shown.<\/p>\n<p>According to information from the show\u2019s organizers, 30% of the planes registered in the Middle East are from Saudi Arabia.
