Sales amounted to 1.1 million pairs, up 96.4%, the Brazilian Footwear Industry Association (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.abicalcados.com.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Abical\u00e7ados<\/a>)\u00a0reported this Monday (10).<\/p>\n<p>The UAE were the 11<sup>th<\/sup> biggest destination for footwear from Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>Overall shoe exports from Brazil came out to USD 415.2 million through May, up 3.7% year-on-year. Sales amounted to 52 million pairs, up 11%.
