The final figure exceeded the May 14 estimate,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/producao-de-ovos-recuou-no-1o-trimestre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">which pointed to 908.43 million-dozens produced<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, output was down 3.1% in Q1 2019 from Q4 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The United Arab Emirates are the premier export market for Brazilian eggs, with Q1 sales coming out to USD 4.7 million, up 0.3% from a year ago, as per <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccab.org.br\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>*With information from the ANBA Newsroom.
