Teixeira is the president of the Brazilian Agency for Industrial Development (ABDI) and has also already been the executive vice president at the Apex.<\/P><br \/> <P>Apex is an organization connected to the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade that promotes a series of trade promotion activities in partnership with private organizations.
