The experience will take place at the recently opened Desalination Technology Test Center (CTTD) at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), Para\u00edba.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe center will have an incubator, a project management office, a management office, funding, and patents,\u201d ministry Marcos Pontes explained to the show <em>Brasil em Pauta<\/em> at <a href=\"http:\/\/tvbrasil.ebc.com.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TV Brasil<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to Pontes, the center\u2019s goal is to go beyond the development of technologies. The experiences are meant to be sold. \u201cBrazil stops at the prototype stage,\u201d he commented. \u201cThe specializations, master\u2019s and doctoral studies result in great prototypes and ideas that never reach the market.
