S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 Brazil\u2019s ambassador to the UAE Fernando Igreja met on Tuesday (10) with UAE deputy prime minister and minister of Presidential Affairs Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan in preparation of Brazil\u2019s president Jair Bolsonaro to the UAE due October.<\/p>\n
The meeting took place in the national capital Abu Dhabi. Igreja said they discussed Brazil-UAE bilateral relations, and how they can be enhanced as a result of the visit by Brazil\u2019s head of state. \u201cWe went over general aspects of the visit, the president\u2019s appointments, and everything that\u2019s in the agenda for our countries. It\u2019s a very positive agenda,\u201d Igreja told ANBA over the phone.<\/p>\n
Brazilian congressman Eduardo Bolsonaro, who chairs the Chamber of Deputies Foreign Relations and National Defense Commission, had confirmed in a previous interview with ANBA<\/a>\u00a0that his father, president Bolsonaro, will travel to the Middle East towards the end of October.
