Industry agreement was signed this Tuesday (17) during a meeting between Brazil\u2019s minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, Tereza Cristina, and Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) CEO Hisham bin Saad Al Jadhey in Riyadh.<\/p>\n<p>As per information made public by the ministry, altogether the products have a potential market of over USD 2 billion in Saudi Arabia. During the meeting, Al Jadhey said that his country imports 80% of the foodstuffs it consumes from more than 15 countries and that Brazil is an important supplier.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Tereza Cristina told the CEO about some of the products Brazil could export to Saudi Arabia, like a\u00e7a\u00ed, juices and fodder.
