The city in S\u00e3o Paulo\u2019s coast houses the Port of Santos, one of the main entry gates for immigrants in Brazil from the 19<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0 to 20<sup>th<\/sup> century. The event celebrates ten communities, namely the Arabs, Africans, Japanese, Greeks, Germans, Spanish, Italians, British, French and Portuguese.<\/p>\n<p>The free program is for all ages and includes typical music\u00a0and dance performances, workshops of crafts and dance, such as flamenco and origami, children\u2019s plays, foreign movie screenings, and a food fair with typical dishes from each people.<\/p>\n<p>The Arab tent will serve sfihas and Arab desserts. On Saturday (5) at 2 pm, there\u2019ll be an Arab dance performance by Studio Os\u00edris de Dan\u00e7as, a Santos school founded 12 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>The event is hold by Santos\u2019 Secretariat of Tourism.
