The document was signed by minister of Justice and Public Security, Sergio Moro, and minister of Foreign Affairs, Ernesto Ara\u00fajo.<\/p>\n<p>The temporary visas may be requested in Brazil\u2019s consular offices in Beirut, Lebanon; Aman, Jordan; Cairo, Egypt; and Istanbul and Ankara, Turkey. When arriving in Brazilian soil, the temporary visa holder will have 90 days to go to a Federal Police unit ask for the registration of the entry visa in Brazil.<\/p>\n<p>Temporary residence permit in these cases will be valid for two years. With the National Migration Registration Card in hand, the immigrant can get a CPF and an employment record book, becoming able to get access to several public services and work legally.<\/p>\n<p>When reporting to Brazilian consular offices to ask for humanitarian aid, Syrian or stateless refugees impacted by the armed conflicts in Syria must present a valid travel document.
