S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 Airline Emirates will select cabin crew in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil on October 19-20 at 9 am at Escola de Avia\u00e7\u00e3o ESAER<\/a><\/em> in the Centro<\/em> neighborhood. The recruitment event will be held by agency Fly Right International<\/a>. The so-called Open Day is open to public, but to apply the candidate must take some documents and fill a form<\/a> before arriving at the venue. This will be the first recruitment step and the candidate should attend only one Open Day date.<\/p>\n

The characteristics they are looking for include being at least 21 years of age; a high school graduate; fluent in English (additional languages are desirable); being able to adapt to new people, new places and new situations; and at least one year of customer service experience is desirable. Physical requirements include a minimum height of 160 cm, an arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes and being physically fit. Visible tattoos while in the airline cabin crew uniform are not allowed.<\/p>\n

During the Open Day<\/em>, the candidates receive introductory information about the airline, have their requirements reviewed, and the recruitment process explained to them. Moreover, the recruitment process includes a group assessment, an English assessment, a CV review and evaluation, and a reach assessment. The results are released after each step of the event.<\/p>\n

To participate, the candidate should bring along copy of their CV, the printed Fly Right registration form<\/a> and a passport-sized picture smiling in a professional outfit \u2013 the company warns that women should wear make-up and their hair tied in a French roll.<\/p>\n

Selected flight attendants will live in Dubai, UAE, earning a starting salary of AED 9,770 (USD 2,659), with two\/three colleagues in a self-catering apartment and 30 calendar days leave per year.<\/p>\n

Open Day takes place in Minas Gerais\u2019 capital city at Rua da Bahia 916-1102. On the 26th, the successful candidates must attend the assessment day in the city.<\/p>\n
