Those expecting the economy to improve increased from 56% in August to 59% in September.<\/p>\n<p>Six out of ten of these business owners, or 58%, are planning to invest in their businesses in the next 12 months. One of the most optimistic industries is civil construction, with investment intentions at 65%.
