{"id":261722,"date":"2019-11-08T14:41:45","date_gmt":"2019-11-08T17:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/?p=261722"},"modified":"2019-11-08T14:43:57","modified_gmt":"2019-11-08T17:43:57","slug":"arab-chamber-set-to-join-conference-in-bahrain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/anba.com.br\/en\/arab-chamber-set-to-join-conference-in-bahrain\/","title":{"rendered":"Arab Chamber set to join conference in Bahrain"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 Bahrain\u2019s capital Manama is hosting the 18th Arab Businessmen and Investors Conference (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.abic2019.bh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Abic<\/a>) from November 11 to 13, under the theme \u201c4th Industrial Revolution Shaping the Future Digital Disruptions for a Better Tomorrow.\u201d The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccab.org.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s Institutional Relations manager Fernanda Baltazar and statutory board member Claudia Haddad will be in attendance.<\/p>\n<p>The conference is designed to encourage investment in entrepreneurship and digital innovation in the Arab world and improve regulatory cooperation in the sector among Arab countries.<\/p>\n<p>The event will also cover opportunities and challenges in industry 4.0 for key public and private sector stakeholders; understand the need to move ahead and align with global developments and disruptive innovations which are driving major breakthroughs across many industries and sectors; empower the audience with the knowhow needed to effectively be part of the transformation that Industry 4.0 is bringing; and emphasize on the need to embrace technological innovation as a means of fostering entrepreneurship and productivity.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Arab Chamber\u2019s Fernanda Baltazar, Bahrain is one of the Gulf\u2019s premier investment-oriented economies and a regional finance hub. \u201cThe interesting thing about this conference will be the discussions on innovation and the digital revolution that the Arab world is going through. This is very clear to see, especially in major markets like the UAE, Saudi Arabia\u2026 In other words, the Gulf region, where a lot of talk and investment is going into artificial intelligence, blockchain and international ecommerce regulations.
