The creation is a partnership between the institution, the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communication, and the Embassy of Kuwait in Bras\u00edlia and was launched on November 29 night. Besides the postage stamp, a commemorative rubber stamp was also created. The stamp (<em>pictured on the left<\/em>) illustrates a building from each country. On the Kuwait\u2019s side, there\u2019re three towers from the capital Kuwait City. Officially opened on March 1979, the main tower is 187-meter high.<\/p>\n<p>Representing Brazil is the Brasilia Digital TV Tower known as the \u201cCerrado Flower.\u201d The building in on one of the Federal District\u2019s highest peaks. The 182-meter high broadcast tower makes digital television signal available for the region.
