That would mean a rebound over 2019, which saw lackluster economic performance take away from industry results.<\/p>\n<p>For 2019, the IABr forecasts a 2.3% drop in domestic sales to 18.5 million tonnes and an 8.2% drop in output to 32.5 million tonnes.
