It\u2019s the lowest rate since the implementation of the Plano Real in 1994. The rate is lower than the 1.15% posted in December and 0.32% posted in January 2019. The IPCA in the 12 months through January stood at 4.19%, down from 4.31% posted in the previous 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>The figures were made public this Friday (7) by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics.
