The tender is hold by the General Organization for Cattle based in Hama and provides for the purchase of other cattle-related products, too.<\/p>\n<p>As per information made public by the embassy of Syria in Bras\u00edlia, the deadline to submit offers is April 29. Bidders are requested to refer to the financial department of the organization to obtain the book of technical, financial and legal conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The book of conditions costs EUR 50 (USD 56) for foreign bidders and SYP 25,000 (USD 116) for domestic bidders. Offers are to be presented to the General Organization of Cattle and are unreleased in the following day of the last day for submitting offers.<\/p>\n<p>Internal bidders have the right to present their offer with foreign currency. The big bond is SYP 90,000 (USD 418) for internal bidders or EUR 180,000 (USD 837) for external bidders.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery period of the heifers is 180 days.
