(Gaspetro). The state-owned oil company currently owns a 51% stake in Gaspetro. Mitsui G\u00e1s e Energia do Brasil holds the remaining 49% of the shares. The analysis and qualification phase for potential buyers will extend until May 15.<\/p>\n<p>The sale of the stake in Gaspetro complies with Petrobras&#8217; divestment guidelines, aiming at maximizing value for its shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>Gaspetro owns equity interests in several natural gas distribution companies, located in all regions of Brazil.
