And will change even more.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to millennials, the generation of professionals and consumers that were born from the early 1980s to 1995, and the even younger generation Z, the companies will have to change.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOut of children that are in the Elementary School today, 65% will work in jobs that haven\u2019t been invented yet. The millennials will have around 15 to 20 jobs throughout life,\u201d he said, comparing it to the fact that a boomer usually had an entire career insde one company only.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe challenge now is thinking how we are preparing the next generation for the labor market. We take this challenge and put a pandemic over that.
