The product has been exported to several countries, including Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Libya. \u201cWe have a very successful line in the Middle East called Vegan Lizz. They are hair straightener, moisturizing and home care products,\u201d the company\u2019s CEO M\u00e1rcio Ant\u00f4nio Espindola told ANBA. The line was developed to eliminate the hair\u2019s frizz and volume, resulting in a natural straight look without damaging or harming the hair fiber. The products, such as anti-frizz and shampoos, have vegetal oils and raw materials in their formulae that moisturize, nourish and rebuild the hair. \u201cWe don\u2019t give up on our essential oils and natural, vegan active ingredients,\u201d stressed Esp\u00edndola.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian family company was founded by Esp\u00edndola, who notice how well the hair responded to vegan cosmetics, decided to slip into this niche. \u201cI\u2019ve been an industry manager for some years, and I lived in Europe to study. That\u2019s where I had my first experience developing products,\u201d he recounted.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s portfolio now includes hair products as well as skin and body creams, body splash, and vegetal soap bars. Based in the city of Valinhos, S\u00e3o Paulo, the company focus in developing cosmetics private-label products. So, half of Private Cosm\u00e9ticos\u2019 products are geared toward Brazil and the other 50% are exported. \u201cWe specialize in high-performance private-label vegan products and work only with premium products,\u201d the CEO stressed, pointing out the company manufactures products for other 45 brands.<\/p>\n

The businessman believes the brand\u2019s vegan hair straightener products has broke into other markets due to the high demand for premium, sustainable products. \u201cPeople have increasingly focused in high-quality, natural products and sustainable, responsible, environmentally-friendly companies. This create a space for vegan products in the market,\u201d the CEO says.<\/p>\n

All products developed by the brand are cruelty-free certified. \u201cWe believe these certifications are a great prize,\u201d the CEO said on the vegan and cruelty-free seals. Private Cosm\u00e9ticos is an Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce<\/strong> member and was a sponsor of the Economic Forum Brazil & Arab Countries.<\/p>\n
