The course is intended for people seeking in-depth knowledge of Islam, from its inception to now; and for anyone interested in the Middle East and North Africa, including high school teachers, graduate and postgraduate students of International Relations, Political Science, Sociology, Anthropology, History, Communication, and Religious Studies.<\/p>\n<p>The course will last 10 hours. It will be taught by Liza Dumovich, who holds a doctorate degree in Anthropology from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). Dumovich has also been an associate researcher at the UFF\u2019s Middle East studies center <em>N\u00facleo de Estudos do Oriente M\u00e9dio (NEOM)<\/em> since 2010.<\/p>\n<p>She is the cofounder and editor-in-chief at <em>Revista Di\u00e1spora <\/em>\u2013 a free online magazine \u2013and the coordinator of Human Science courses at Integra Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Avan\u00e7ada.
