S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 Tropicool focuses on products made from Brazilian fruits and has as partners the Brazilians Maur\u00edcio Esteves and Caio Nabuco, and the Qataris Sheikh Mohammed Al Thani, and Sheikh Ahmed Al Thani. Last Friday (25), the Brazilian businessmen and Mohammed Al Thani visited M\u00e2ncio Lima, a municipality in the state of Acre, Brazil. There, the brand announced it would participate in the replanting of 1,500 seedlings of fruit trees native to the Amazon rainforest region.<\/p>\n
The expedition is part of a partnership the brand established with the non-governmental organization SOS Amaz\u00f4nia. \u201cWe started this partnership with the establishment of the company. The idea is to have this credit for planting. Every a\u00e7a\u00ed we use, we want to plant it \u2018back.\u2019 In addition to the tree, this involves all the structure for the family that cultivates it, such as training and tools,\u201d the Global Head of Tropicool, Rafael do Prado Ribeiro, told ANBA.<\/p>\n
The Amazon region is where most of the raw material for Tropicool\u2019s products comes from; the company sells bowls, ice cream, juices, and other products with a\u00e7a\u00ed berries and other superfruits from Brazil as base ingredients. The planting included, in addition to a\u00e7a\u00ed, other native plants such as buriti.<\/p>\n
