Estimated growth went from 1.5% to 2%. The projection of a 2.5% increase was maintained for the next year, according to information in the Macrofiscal Bulletin, released this Thursday (14) by the Ministry of Economy.<\/p>\n<p>According to the bulletin, the positive revision for GDP was related to the performance of the economic activity, among other factors. However, the ministry highlighted the international scenario remains challenging, with a reduction in the perspective of global growth and sustained high prices of energy and food commodities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnother emphasis that underlies the change in the GDP projection this year is from modifications in the labor market, whose variation in the employed population in the moving quarter ended in May 2022 is 10.6% compared to the same period of the previous year.
