The release about the takeover bid was announced by MC Brazil F&amp;B Participa\u00e7\u00f5es SA, which is part of the fund&#8217;s business.<\/p>\n<p>According to Zamp&#8217;s statement, Mubadala would hold 50.10% of the company&#8217;s share capital with the takeover bid. Zamp informed it is evaluating the terms of the proposal and the impacts of the offer, and it will disclose to the market a prior reasoned opinion on the matter within 15 days.
