The volume was 6% higher than in the same period last year. In terms of revenue, exports reached USD 5.620 billion, 33.3% more.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe result confirms ABPA\u2019s expectations of maintaining exports at levels above 400,000 tonnes per month until the end of the year, demonstrating solid global demand for the Brazilian product,\u201d highlighted the president of ABPA, Ricardo Santin, in the release.<\/p>\n<p>In July, exports stood at 405,300 tonnes, 4.5% lower than in the seventh month of 2021. In revenue, however, there was a 20.7% gain, with USD 892 million. The United Arab Emirates was the leading buyer, with 37,800 tonnes purchased, an 11% improvement.
