The EFA released a picture on its social media of the signing of the contract between Micale and federation board member Mohamed Barakat. <em>Pictured above, Micale (left) and Barakat (right).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rog\u00e9rio Micale, a former football player born in the state of Bahia, was in charge of the Brazilian men&#8217;s football team at the 2016 Olympic Games, when the team won the gold medal, and has played for Brazilian clubs such as Atl\u00e9tico Mineiro, Figueirense, and Paran\u00e1, and abroad in Saudi Arabia&#8217;s <strong>Al-Hilal<\/strong>, and UAE&#8217;s <strong>Al-Dhafra<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The next Olympic Games will occur from July to August 2024 in Paris, France. Micale&#8217;s work aims to qualify the Egyptian men&#8217;s Olympic football team for the 2024 Olympics.
