However, accounting for inflation rates, the sector recorded a 6.1% drop. Nonetheless, according to Conexis, the segment has been increasing investments over the years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conexis Brasil Digital<\/strong> also released the segment\u2019s gross revenue, which totaled BRL 66 billion (about USD 13 billion), a 5.8% expansion compared to the first quarter of 2021. \u201cUpdated for inflation, gross revenue for the first three months of 2022 declined 4.3% compared to the same period in 2021,\u201d the union stated.<\/p>\n<p>The most considerable share of revenue came from telephone services and mobile broadband, which accounted for 40% of the total.
